  • We get it, things happen and plans change! If you need to cancel, please request cancellation at jbryce@jbspastprod.com 24 hours before your selected pick-up day, and a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

  • If you fail to pick up on your selected day without notice, we will make up to 3 attempts to contact you through phone, text, and/or email. Failure to contact us by end of next day will result in a refund issued minus a 10% restocking fee. We are a small business, so every order is very important to us. Holding items without intent to purchase is detrimental to the health of our business. Thank you for understanding!
